I have visited Sage Creek 2 times. My Neice is a patient there. She seems to be comfortable and the staff is nice. She is able to walk around and can speak for herself. She’s not afraid to say what she Thinks if she is dissatisfied! So far so good!
My grandma was getting care at this facility for a bit and we couldn’t be happier! Great staff and a professional environment.
Family member had the best nurses and care. Loved her stay here and had the best rehab therapists.
Staff and accommodations have been superb.

Most of the staff we encounter are great/friendly! My family member has been there for a few weeks now and has memory loss. When she presses the call light it takes forever for someone to come. I get there are other patients they are assisting. By the time we get to her room she’s already made a mess. One nurse Angela told my family member to have her calm down 🤷🏽♀️😠. This is unacceptable my family member doesn’t know what’s going on she’s in an unfamiliar place and gets scared. I want to thank the ones who have been there for her, Jeremy, Shere, Esperanza, Michelle.
